The Sponsors can't get bank finance as they are unable to satisfy the bank’s servicing requirements.
Security on offer is the 7201msq vacant block.
The exit strategy is to refinance out to construction finance or will sell the land with DA if construction finance is not available.

- The loan will be secured by a First Mortgage
- Personal Guarantee from Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
