Security on offer is a food processing warehouse unit in Ringwood, a suburb east of Melbourne. The commercial property is 277sqm and forms part of a 4-unit development.
The exit strategy is to refinance as soon as financials are prepared.

- The loan will be secured by a First Mortgage
- Personal Guarantee from two Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
