The Sponsors have a background in property development and has completed projects in Ranelagh and Sulphur Creek in Tasmania. We are currently assessing another loan application from the same borrower for the purchase of two vacant blocks in Claremont, Tasmania.
The purpose of this loan is to refinance a loan from another private lender. The original loan was for the purchase of a vacant block of land in Perth, Tasmania.
The Sponsors can’t get bank finance as they do not have updated financials to support their application for traditional finance providers.
Security on offer is a residential block of land totaling 6,650msq in Perth, a historic town in the state of Tasmania.
The exit strategy is to complete financials and refinance out to construction finance.

- Personal Guarantee from Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
