The Sponsor has a background in property renovation and development. A previous loan funded by APG was repaid prior to maturity.
The purpose of this loan is to provide finance for the purchase of a property in Bolwarra Heights, a suburb of Maitland in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. The property is 3,228msq and currently consists of a four bedroom, one bathroom house. The Sponsor is planning to get a DA to complete the development of eight townhouses.
The Sponsor can't get bank finance as current financials are unable to meet banks' servicing requirements.
Security on offer is the property earmarked for the townhouse development in Bolwarra Heights.
The exit strategy is to refinance out to construction finance once the DA has been approved.

- Personal Guarantee from Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
