The Borrowers wish to capitalise on the interest which is not being offered by banks.
Security on offer is a residential property in Heathwood, a south-western suburb of Brisbane, Queensland. The property is on 600sqm land comprising of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garage.
The exit strategy is to repay the loan using business income.
This loan has a three month pre-paid loan term, with the option for one month extension.
