The Sponsors have backgrounds in investing and share trading specialising in accountancy, corporate consulting, mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring and preparation of IPO documents.
The purpose of this loan is to refinance an existing loan, raise funds for share investment and for additional working capital.
The Sponsors can’t get bank finance as their latest financials are not up to date.
Security on offer is the Sponsor’s principal place of residence in Dunsborough, a coastal town in Western Australia. The property is a double storey residence on 223msq land which comes with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious garage.
The exit strategy is to sell the shares or refinance out once financials are prepared.

- Personal Guarantees from Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
