The Sponsors have a background in investing and share trading specialising in accountancy, corporate consulting, mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring and preparation of IPO documents.
This purpose of this loan is to refinance an existing loan and raise funds for share investment (dividend listed stocks, day and share trading, seed capital/new IPOs) and working capital.
The Sponsors can’t get bank finance as their latest financials are not up to date.
Security on offer is a residential property in Dunsborough, a relaxed yet refined coastal town in the South West of Western Australia. The property is a double storey residence on 223msq land with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious garage.
The exit strategy is to sell the shares or refinance out once financials are prepared.

- Personal Guarantees from Individual Sponsors
- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
