What am I investing in?
Our Direct Mortgage Fund finances Registered First Mortgages that are secured by Australian property with conservative Loan-to-Value Ratios. We typically lend less than 75% of property value. Loan terms from three months to three years, however, the average length of APG's direct investment opportunities is typically 12 months.
Who can invest?
The direct mortgage fund is available exclusively to Wholesale Investors with a minimum investment amount of $250.000 (this can be reduced for first time investors). See opposite to check if you qualify as a Wholesale Investor.
If you are a Retail Investor, you may still invest in APG's Pooled Mortgage Fund.
