Security on offer is the double storey residential property in Bulimba, a suburb in Brisbane, Queensland. The property is on 617msq land which comes with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, an outdoor entertaining area, and a double lock up garage.
The exit strategy is to complete nominal renovation and refinance out or sell the property.

- General Security Agreement over Corporate Sponsor + PPSR Charge
