The Sponsors have a background in operating a nightclub and purchased the nightclub in Melbourne, VIC, that this loan relates to three years ago.
The purpose of this loan is to refinance an existing loan with another private lender to complete a renovation of the nightclub.
The Sponsors can’t get bank finance as the night club has only recently re-opened after nearly two years of non-trading due to COVID19 so they don’t have financials to satisfy traditional lenders’ servicing requirements.
Security on offer is a residential property in Albert Park, a beachfront suburb on Port Phillip between Port Melbourne and St Kilda, VIC. The property is a Victorian terrace on 200msq land and comes with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious carport.
The exit strategy is to refinance to another lender once current financials are complete.
