Our Company
Active Property Group was created in order to provide investor relations, marketing and financial services to our two sister companies, Private Mortgages Australia and Active Commercial. Our main activities are liaising with prospective and existing investors to ensure that they have all the required information to make effective investment decisions.
Our Funds
We currently look after the fund administration for two mortgage trusts (our Pooled Mortgage Fund, PMAC Trust and our Direct Mortgage Fund, PMA Direct) and two commercial property trusts (AC Caboolture Trust and AC Rockhampton Trust). All Trust activities are overseen by our independent Trustee, Primary Securities Ltd, which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 224107) and ensures that everything we do is in the best interest of our investors.
Our Investment Opportunities
The investment opportunities you see on our website are mainly related to our Pooled Mortgage Fund, PMAC Trust. This is because the fund is where we have available investment opportunities. We rarely open up investments in the Direct Mortgage Fund because we generally have enough funds in the Pooled Fund to fill any upcoming loans. And the commercial property trusts are currently fully subscribed.

Our Team
The company is based in Melbourne, Victoria but we have staff in other parts of Australia and also in Manila in the Philippines. While the Investor Relations team will be your main point of contact, we also have an extensive team of accountants, IT and marketing professionals working behind the scenes to make sure our investing process is as simple as possible and relevant information is distributed efficiently.
Our Philosophy
